This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Novalis Budget mobile application, distributed on the App Store and Google Play by Novalis Partners LLC (Wyoming, USA).

Novalis Partners LLC does not collect, transmit or store any of your financial data on its servers. All data entered in Novalis Budget stays exclusively on your device.
Novalis Budget stores the following data locally on your device:
Bank, cash, crypto, savings and investment accounts you create, along with their balances.
Amounts, dates, categories and descriptions you enter manually.
Savings targets, investment positions, and long-term allocation you define.
Language (FR/EN/AR), currency, dark mode — stored locally, never sent.
None of this data leaves your device.
Data is stored locally using Hive, an embedded NoSQL database. Novalis Partners has no access to this database.
System backups (iCloud on iOS, Google Drive on Android) are managed exclusively by Apple and Google, under their own privacy policies. Novalis Partners cannot access these backups.
Manual exports (CSV or PDF) are initiated solely by you and saved to your device or a destination of your choosing.
Novalis Budget offers a subscription: a 7-day free trial, then $6.99/month with no commitment.
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Novalis Partners never collects or sees your bank card or payment details.
Novalis Partners receives only an anonymized subscription confirmation from Apple or Google to verify your access. Subscription management (cancellation, renewal) is done through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
By downloading Novalis Budget from the App Store or Google Play, you interact with Apple Inc. and Google LLC, governed by their own privacy policies:
Apple and Google may collect anonymized technical data (device type, OS version, crash reports) as part of their platform services. This data is subject to their policies and is not accessible to Novalis Partners on an individual basis.
Novalis Budget integrates no third-party analytics SDK.
Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Sentry, Crashlytics — none of these tools are present in the application. No behavioral data is collected or transmitted to any analytics platform.
App Store Connect and Play Console provide aggregated and anonymous statistics (downloads, sessions, ratings) to Novalis Partners. These statistics contain no personally identifiable information.
Novalis Budget v2.0.0 does not send push notifications. The application does not request notification permissions.
If push notifications are introduced in a future version, they will be strictly local (generated on your device, without any Novalis server), and this policy will be updated before their deployment.
Novalis Budget is rated 4+ on the App Store and 3+ (IARC) on Google Play. It is intended for adults managing their personal finances.
Since the application collects no personal data — it operates entirely locally — no personal data from minors under 13 is collected or transmitted. COPPA compliance is guaranteed by design.
Novalis Budget offers optional local security features:
Face ID, Touch ID (iOS) or fingerprint (Android). Biometric data is managed exclusively by iOS Secure Enclave or Android Keystore — never transmitted to Novalis Partners.
6-digit PIN stored locally on your device. Not accessible to Novalis Partners.
Automatic lock on background and quick re-lock configurable by you.
No financial data is ever sent over a network by the application.
Since Novalis Partners stores no personal data on its servers, the classic rights of access, rectification and erasure do not apply to our infrastructure. Your control is total and local:
All your data is visible directly in the application.
Modify any entry freely from the application.
"Erase all data" in Settings, or simply uninstall the application.
Export your data via CSV or PDF at any time.
For data held by Apple or Google (download, payment), contact these entities directly via their privacy portals.
This policy may evolve with new versions of the application. Any material changes will be announced in the release notes before deployment.
